The ICT Team
I have been at ICT for two years, my favourite destination is Cape Town, South Africa or if closer to home Aberdovey in Wales as it gives me the opportunity to take my dogs.
Favourite ICT TourI really enjoy the Richard III tour in Leicester. Not only is Leicester a wonderful city to visit but being able to visit the Cathederal and seeing all the artifacts about Richard III was quite amazing. My favorite part of the trip was a visit to the National Memorial Arboretum, which was not only a stunning place to visit but bought out the emotions in you.
Have over 25 years travel industry experience in leisure and corporate markets. When not at work I love to cook, drive and explore new locations especially Southern Italy’s untouched countryside/beaches.
Favourite ICT TourI enjoy Rome and Sorrento having spent many years contracting hotels in this area. The ruins of Pompeii to the vistas of Sorrento & Capri which will take your breath away, there is plenty to experience. Plus I was raised in Sorrento province so I fully endorse this tour to anyone wanting to experience la Dolce Vita!!
I enjoy working in the travel industry and helping organise the tours once they have been booked. My favourite place to go is the UK Coastline in which I often visit with my family.
Favourite ICT TourDisneyland Paris. Love the magical atmosphere and great surroundings for families to share and experience together. Whether it's enjoying breakfast with Mickey Mouse or screaming at the top of my lungs on the Tower of Terror - it's a place for everyone young or old!
I have worked at ICT for the past 18 years. We deal with all aspects of the tours once they have been confirmed from booking the Ferry/Eurotunnel to liaising with the hotels on bookings and room lists and organising the attractions for the tours.
Favourite ICT TourI have been to a few destinations that we have featured in our programmes. One of the most recent ones was the Paris Floating Hotel we feature in our River Cruise section. Being centrally located in Paris it is a perfect location to stay and not pay the central Paris prices and you get tour guides and river cruise included too.
I have worked in the background at ICT for many years now and have just stepped up to take on the awesome role of Product Manager and loving every minute of it.
Favourite ICT TourA short break in Kilkenny is perfect for groups – it’s compact, it’s historic, it’s intimate and most of all it’s such a laugh, would highly recommend. The Irish pub scene is thriving here, with music calling you in from the street. There is a lot to see in the city from Smithwick’s Brewery, Black Abbey and the pain-staking restoration of Kilkenny Castle. Throw in a traditional Irish drumming session for a great ice-breaking group experience.
I had always wanted to be in travel for as long as I can remember. Travel is such a great industry as it is working with people’s dreams and I love to help people wherever I can. Been in the company for the last 16 years & recently moved from operations to product Department.
Favourite ICT Tour"Hidden Wonders of France" is one of my favourites. Indeed this tour offers a group the opportunity to discover some of the most beautiful part of France. Some of these beautiful places are quite unknown and sometimes quite remote from the general beaten tracks. Natural beauties like the gorges de la Truyeres & the famous cave or "Aven Armand" with its forest of stalactites & stalagmites in the huge cave chamber are breathtaking.
I'm a Graphic Designer, who loves to travel due to the intrigue of discovering the new, and off course due to the numerous photo opportunities (Instagram moments). Favourite places travelled include Vietnam, India, Kenya, Brazil.
Favourite ICT TourMy favourite ICT tour is Bournemouth as I got to explore the Jurassic coast to Swanage, as well as ride and explore the Swanage steam train.
For over 30 years, we have continued to develop our business and services for groups and, by using our ever increasing supplier contracts, coach and group tour operators have access to the most comprehensive product portfolio in the group travel industry.

What our customers say about us
All in all, a wonderful company to work with.
I have worked with ICT for nearly 20 years, and in all the time I have worked with them, the staff have been excellent to work with. They are always approachable, and go out of their way to help. Jason Tapper, who now looks after our account is very helpful, he takes a lot of pressure of us, and is always pleasant.
A big thank you
We recently returned from 4 days away in Volendam, Holland, arranged by ICT Group Travel. We would like to say thank you for the professional job ICT did and a big thank you to Jason and Sharon for being a great help
Our customers have come back most impressed with their break.
For our 2018 Brochure we booked a Friday to Monday trip to the SS Rotterdam Floating Hotel including Harbour Cruise and entry to the Euromast. The hotel was fantastic with the authentic décor and cabin style rooms. The food was apparently wonderful. As a whole the weekend was very well organised with a nice relaxing feel to it that our customers enjoyed thoroughly. We are already looking at booking this trip again for 2019, thank you!
Bothwell Bridge is a charming Scottish village just south of Glasgow.
I recently accompanied a group to The Bothwell Bridge Hotel. Bothwell Bridge is a charming Scottish village just south of Glasgow. The hotel is situated on the main street with a large car park. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. From reception, bar and restaurant staff, their service was highly attentive.
Bedrooms were very spacious and clean with nice en suite bathrooms. A very pleasant bar area leads into a large conservatory where breakfast and evening meal is served
The breakfast had plenty of choice and of a good quality. For evening meal, Our group were given a menu to choose from before the tour with 3 choices for each course. The group were all very happy with their meal. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to future clients
